How to ask us to delete your data

If you wrote on WhatsApp to a business that uses Agedrex, if you use our CRM or if you contacted us through this website, you can ask us to delete your data. No forms, no hassle.
- Email contato@agedrex.ai with the subject "Delete my data".
- Include your WhatsApp number with country code (for example, +55 11 91234-5678) or the email you used and, if you know it, the name of the business you wrote to.
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days and delete the data within 15 days. When it is done, we let you know by the same channel.
What we delete
Your contact record, your messages and the files you sent, in the CRM and in our database. If the request comes through a client business, we let them know.
We only keep what the law requires us to keep (for example, data on an issued invoice), for the period the law requires.
